When action under SIFO will take place in the Case of Ratnamani ENgineering Limited , now Ratnamani Metals and Tunes Limited a case of fraud in accounts a case od dividend paiid out of capital and that too from proceeds of Public issue and illegal payment of dividend out of capital as back as in 1994 ??!!!!
