Thanks for the updation. While reading with SS5 and Sec 118 the time limit for preparing and signing the minutes in respect of all meetings should be 30 days from the conclusion of the meeting.Whereas the SS5 prescribes 30 days only for General Meeting. What about the rest?

Can u highlight please.

Sec 118(10) of the Companies Act, 2013 provides that "every company shall observe Secretarial Standards with respect to general and board meetings specified by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India..."

Sec 118 is notified and shall be in force from 1st April, 2014
