MCA has been notifying the Companies Act, 2013 in a phased manner with three phases of notification been announced so far. In the present write up titled "COMPANIES ACT, 2013 - WHAT'S NOTIFIED, WHAT'S NOT!, I have given a simple list of Sections  which have been notified so far and another list which carries the list of Sections which are yet to be notified as on date for the ready reference of the readers.
