[aaykarbhavan] Re: UPDATING CONTACT DETAILS

It is very true. Even in the corporates , wherein the centralised Tax cell is there, not able to proceed , since the contact details were used for more than 4 companies of the same group.

I trust we should represent this. This is not specified in any of the provisions of act as well as law.

I believe, this kind of measure has been brought mainly because of Mr.Ambani's details has been accessed by one of a CA student. 

Though it is true, now most of the assessees are being affected because of this measure.
