[aaykarbhavan] Notification on exemptions for pvt co expected by 22 August

1) As per verbal talk with Top level officer, all 4 Notifications on under 462 including notification on exemption to Pvt Co is expected to be notified by 22 Aug, if no MP raises objection.

2) Notification tabled on parliament need not to be specifically passed by parliament. Notification u/s 462 will considered to be passed after 30 days i.e. 13 August . Parliament is expected to be in session upto 14th August. If any MP raises any objection, Govt. may withdraw or modify notification. otherwise, notification is ready for notification. 

3) As per verbal talk with Top level officer, it will take at least 4-5 working days to coordinate & efforts will be made to notify it by 21-22 Aug
