[aaykarbhavan] 15CA uploading issue

Hello All

 

Been trying to upload  form 15CA for the last 1 week.. but always getting the following error message :-" Internal Communication Failure , try after some time or contact DIT "

 

Tried downloading new version every time.. changing the laptop and uploading etc but no use.. kindly  help . Contacting customer case of IT is not of much use… they keep saying the same thing.. download new version and try again…
