[aaykarbhavan] CLSS closes on 15/11/2014



Dear Professional Friends

The Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2014 (CLSS) introduced for condoning the delay in filing the pending annual documents granting immunity for prosecution and charging a reduced additional fee of 25% of the actual additional fees shall close after 15th November, 2014.

This email is to remind you to make use of the the said scheme as very few days are left.
