Addition of unexplained bank deposits upheld on failure of assessee to prove that they were disclosed in return

IT : Where Assessing Officer made addition with respect to income of Electro Medical maintenance centre not included in return of income but assessee showed that said income had been offered in return of subsequent year, matter was remanded back to Assessing Officer for verification

IT : Where Assessing Officer made addition with respect to advance received from customers as service charges on installation of equipments but assessee claimed that said amount had been offered and assessed in subsequent year, matter was remanded for verification

IT : Where unexplained bank deposit was not offered as income in original and revised return, addition made by Assessing Officer was valid
