[aaykarbhavan] ELECTRONICALLY GENERATED TRANSIT FORMS MANDATORY FOR TAXABLE GOODS FROM 28.04.2015 - GUJARAT [1 Attachment]



Dear Sir/Mam

For the State of Gujarat, ELECTRONICALLY generated transit forms (Form 402, 403 & 405) for movement of all TAXABLE goods from/to/passing through the State is made mandatory from 28.04.2015. Please find the relevant circular attached. Kind note may be taken of the same to avoid detention/penalties at the check-posts.
