[aaykarbhavan] SALE OF FACT SHED IN FIRM

would like to know the tax liability in case, when a regd. firm sales its factory shed(no depreciation claimed)
would be capital gain income?
if yes would it be a short term or long term capital income or
liable to tax at normal rate?
