Make scam and run away . India is best place where every thing works out fully in all the way. Forget Law and ethical Standards , principle, Corporate Governance and everything.
I have observed that wherever there is a fraud to do a way with any future proceedings , merger takes place. Ratnamani Engineering Limited with Ratnamani Metals and Tubes Limited , did fraud in accounts in31.03.19*94 and then merged with in 31.03.1996!!!! This is very much serious process adopted by should be see Government appropriately. At the same time after ,merger all are liable for fraud. Never escape from any criminal liability.
