IIM A 's catch???!!! This also reminds me a another case of IIM-A . Where one person claimed to be a director of the Company took loan from Bank. When investigation/inspection of Records of Registrar of Companies took place by me , he was not at all director of the Company and gave resignation from the Board!!!!! Prompted to be a director of the Company. No Balance Sheet Annual Return were filed for more than 3 years at that time!!!! No action taken by R O C Gujarat Ahmedabad ???!!!!
A Material Mistake was also did in vetting Prospectus of Ratnamani Engineering Limited in 1994 March for Public issue of Equity shares , where mere book entry of profit entered in Accounts of 31.10.1992 and declared dividend out of capital, illegal way out right!!!!
