I am wondering how the foreign expenses are too much???!!. Some of the expenses ,I have come to know that the people /member of US , for US visit have to pay!!!??? They do not receive any Grants for expenses of running Branch at all !!!???

1. Why there is no policy to hold certain minimum number of programs, by each committee of the CC, in the existing Branch/Regional Council Premises, instead of holding the same in 3star to 7 star hotels? Why there can not be optimum utilisation of the existing infrastructure of the ICAI?

2. Why there is no cap is fixed on the maximum number of foreign tours, a CC can undertake and why the power of approving the foreign tours, rests at the sole discretion of the President in office, including the approval of his own tours? Why such power is not exercised by the Central Council?
