Yeh chalati hai dunia???!!!! Duniya Chalanewala chahiye. Part of Dividend paid out of capital , illegal payment of dividend, Out of capital dividend and many things more. I am sorry . The attachment is there. Number of Votes voted through E Voting were /are 340 , Present Members were 54. Even then result  declared voting  , with passed with Majority??

What is credibility of Scrutineer  and e process??!!

This is only one page report.  there is no attachement of the voting result report given by the Scrutinizer. It is surprising that the Company's meeting was at 10.00 a.m. and the Company could inform the stock exchange on the same day. Normally  the scrutinizer takes a day to count electronic voting and physical ballot voting.  it seems that the Company may have made electronic voting system available at the AGM venue.
