Do not do that . You will be put to trouble. As you all will be three and slap him . This may be proof against you , if he files a complaint for you!!!!! Do not do any thing wrong in life !!!!????? That person may file FITR against you. This is not like Mahatma Gandhi Raj.
This reminds me a case in my own Before Hon. High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad .Before Hon.  High Court Justice Mr. Vaghela ( Now Retired ) and Justice Mr N V Anjaria puine .( WHo can file an affidavit in this case what I had stated in open court ? Was it a during the course of academic discussion ?Not at all representing the case as such. Also other Justices did the same thing. Without on Record written as Chartered Accountant!!!! See the Justice.  Or Else. during the course of hearing asked me a question  Mr Shah What is your qualification? I can not say lie .In Hon. Courts affidavit is made on oath almost is lie on nthe face. But no body cares. In my all cases all most  untrue facts had been made in on affidavit??!! In fact I have studied up to 8th Standard. Then did all Graduation and all. I gave simply answer I am Chartered Accountant. Then in order Lordships Noted as appeared as Chartered Accountant. This was protested by me in writing e mail  to the Then Chief Justice of High Court of Gujarat and , Hon. Chief Justice Supreme Court of India .!!! These are Breeds of Not Mahatma Gandhiji. Some thing new one. Even Gandhiji refused to do wrong in Court cases and left Lawyer Practice!!!!!

Let the culprit be slapped in the same manner by same CA – visit two-three persons and slap him, then file FIR against him that today he shouted rudely and pushed.

I would say immediately Police Complaint should also be made . So as to take proper action on the Officer by Legally and also Government.

On 15th October, 2015 at 12:10 pm, CA Kailas Nipunge visited Akurdi office for reset of password of service tax with his client & accountant. On inquiry with superintendant Range 1, Jalil Shaikh said, "Aisa jhund me kyu aaya hai? Yeh public place hai kya?". While standing in lobby, He(CA) was ,subsequently,called and caught his neck and slapped him & told to get out of office in a very rude language. We protest such incident & request to take necessary action against him.
