 HIGHLIGHTS OF FAQ ON e-FILING OF TAX AUDIT REPORT

 

·         Scanned Copy of all Schedules and Notes to Accounts are required to be uploaded with Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account.

 

·         No need to physical sign on scanned copy of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss. Write "sd/-" in place of signature and covert to pdf and attach with online 3CD.

 

·         Comments / Observations, if any relating to the clauses in Form 3CD  may be in a separate report in pdf file and upload in "Other Report".

 

·        Revision of Tax Audit Report  for errors has been allowed in e-filing portal.

 

·        Tax Audit Reports are required to be filed online even for previous assessment year 2012-13.

 

·        It is advised to first upload tax audit report and then e file Income-tax Return.

 

·        Audit conducted under Section 44AD, 44BB, 44BBB & 44AE is also required to be filed electronically.
