[aaykarbhavan] Tax audit report due date for e-filing extended to 31.10.2013

Dear All,

CBDT has vide its order dated 26.09.2013 has extended the due date for e-filing of Tax Audit Report to 31.10.2013. No Extension for Date of Filing ITR and Manual Filing of Tax Audit Report.

The Due date of ITR for Transfer Pricing Assessees shall continue to remain as 30^th November pursuant to Sec. 139 of IT Act, 1961.
