Please read the notification carefully.

 

In case you cannot upload electronically by 30 sept, you need to submit physical copy in the jurisdictional office, thereafter you also have to upload the same electronically by 31oct.

 

In effect, there is no extension, it is only removal of hardship in submission of Tax Audit Report.
