Respected Sir,

 

Subject: Guidance required on - Regarding MoU between ICAI and Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik (Dated 10/02/2010 at New Delhi)

 

I CA. Phaniraj P Tumuluri from Nashik have passed M.Com in year 2003 and wish to upgrade my percentage as I am willing to appear for UGC NET exams due in June 2013.

 

Recently I was surfing our Institutes website where, I found that an MoU has been signed between ICAI and Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik (Dated 10/02/2010 at New Delhi) according to which a chartered accountant can complete M.Com by appearing in three subjects out of ten. (i.e There is an exemption for Seven Subjects).

 

In this connection I went to Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik and spoke to Mr Patole Sir (In charge of School for Commerce & Management, YCMU Nashik) who is not aware about this MoU.

 

I would like to have information regarding date of issue and validity of MoU, and request you to kindly mail the same to me so that I can provide it to Mr Patole Sir and proceed with the further formalities.

 

In case this MoU is no more valid please update me with the latest information to complete M.Com at the earliest.

 

I would be highly obliged if you furnish the above mentioned information at the earliest and guide me if there is any other possibility
