Re: [aaykarbhavan] Please Dont cut and paste full judgements

Dear Mr. Gargji,
I appreciate your concern. But many times many persons are searching for detailed Judgments for case representation Before Appellate Authority . It may be very difficult to find out immediately. How and why we subscribe to Tax Mann and many judgment journals!!! We keep it for ever in bound Book and preserve for years to gather. I do remember that many persons may be keeping separate section of folder in their computers.
Thanks for suggestion.

Subject: [aaykarbhavan] Please Dont cut and paste full judgements

Dear Mr Shah

In recent monthe I have observed that on this group, you daily copy and paste hundreds of pages of various judgements. This makes reading of this group messages quite difficult. No body has the time to scroll through the lengthy judgements daily. Lot of time is wasted in scrolling down the pages of suc judgements. I suggest that only the operative part of the judgement in a precise manner be only pasted. It will make the group mails more interesting.

Thanks

CA Prem Garg
