Its a capital gain for transfer of land in the hand of assessee whom is died

In case the Assessee is died in the middle of the Financial Year , till his death he received pension Income, Capital Gain and bank interest Income

The Assessee has paid advance tax of Rs 10,00,000 also

My querry is

Whether death assessee Income shall me club with his wife Income
