[aaykarbhavan] Service tax unerder RCM

Dear All,

 

Please advise me if activities of loading, unloading, packing etc contracted at activity based contract than IS this will be out of the definition of Manpower supply activity?

 

Can we make any scope for planning to avoid RCM on Manpower supply ?
