ABC Private Limited has taken Unsecured Loan Rs.10 Lacs from a Director.

Query 1

Whether the declaration to be obtained from the director for his own funds only?

Query 2

If the director has availed loans from (outside) third party and given the amount to company as unsecured loan,

what type of declaration to be obtained?

Ans : .........................


Query 3

Kindly provide me a format for the declaration to be obtained from the director for the above two options as in Query 1 and Query 2.
