Write to CPC a letter attaching the proof of payment. Just go through the chalan you paid. There may not be a mistake in PAN, A Y or so.  File rectification application.

I have got the intimation from CPC Bangalore relating to adjustment of demand pertaining to AY 2001/2003/2004 against my refund amount for AY 2013.

But I had already paid that  demand amount for all three year by way of cash in to the bank.

 

what should be the way out for this problem?

 

Is any member facing the same problem?
