[aaykarbhavan] VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE SCHEME

Dear Friends,

Is VCES,2013 under service tax, introduced in this budget is applicable in the cases where ser tax is paid but returns are not filed?

What about assesses who have not obtained registration though liable to service tax and have not paid ser tax also?
