Query 1

In Form ST-3 - PART-K SELF ASSESSMENT MEMORANDUM - Name -
Should we mention the Company Name or the Authorised Signatory Name (return filing for company). System will accept any Name. But I need to know the appropriate one.

Ans: ............. (Pl confirm - Company Name or Authorised Signatory Name)

Query 2

In Form ST-3 for FAQs, somewhere, it is stated that if field B.1.12 is filled in, then the Return will be marked as R & C.

R & C stands for what.
