[aaykarbhavan] MVAT Query

Dear All,

 

Can we buy the raw material (cotton) against H FORM and manufacture cotton Yarn and waste. If we export the total Yarn (Principal product) and waste (By product) will sold in Domestic market.

 

Can we do the same under MVAT/CST Acts or any other option to avoid the MVAT.
