Someone may please reply, if possible.

 

A Partnership Firm named 'ABC'.

 

Firm ABC has a Trade Name by name 'XYZ'.

 

PF registration done for XYZ as an Establishment.

 

PF Department also assigned Registration ID  to XYZ

 

For PF Transfer Claims, Firm should procure DSC.

 

Query

 

1. Whether the PF registration obtained for Trade Name XYZ is appropriate.

 

    Ans: …………………..

 

2. To whom, should we procure DSC Class 2. That is, Class 2 XYZ or Class 2 ABC.

 

    Ans: …………………..
