Writing and clearing exams is not the yardstick of professional competence and knowledge. 

All passed CAs branch out to various functional areas and not necessarily focussed on accounts and audit.

Similarly, immediately passed out students may lack practical experience.

And also The current CAs should write the Final exams again to know whether they have the professional pedigree and ensure they have the same knowledge when they passed their exams instead giving CPE attendances
