Re: [aaykarbhavan] RE: Income Tax law should be lawyers prerogative: BCI

This reminds me my own case in Gujarat High Court. This Hon. High Court of Gujarat made a rule under Gujarat High Court Rule 32 A of 1993 recently revised that  A Party In Person can not appear Before Hon. Court when Hon. Committee of High Court of Gujarat do not grant  certificate of COMPETENCY of the Person!!!! This grants a prerogative right of only Advocates , he can not appear as Party In Person . He must supported by Advocate only!!!!!!!!!! Do any body know of any High Court of India made such rules ???  Please illustrate with High Court of the State.
I have tested Competency from other side. Shortly I will circulate the ( My ) cases of Competency to contrary.
