As far as I can interpret your statement , it should be proportionate to the Investment made , payment made for the property. It should be counted accordingly  say may be 60 / 40 or may be 56/44  count / calculate the payment of money for the property purchased and how paid for. This detail is not given exact proportion can not be given . But you may calculate it accordingly.
