SEBI is doing / making rules but what about action for default? Public issue money used for Payment of dividend Ratnamani Engineering Limited in 1994 Now Ratnamani Metals amnd Tubes Limited , Proceeds of OCD with detachable warrant was used for investment in financing  business  Jindal Iron and Steel Co Limited Now JSW Steel Limited in 1995/1996!! Complaints atre on their records no action so far !!!!
