It is obvious from the appointed date which falls in Financial  Year 31.03.2014. Consolidated B S has to be prepared for 31.03.2014. But the question is why so late after 11 months order had been passed !!!

It is always within 2 to 3 months order is passed!!!

In the case of Merger of three companies in to One

Appointed date is - 01-10-2013

Court has passed orders on 12-09-2014

Orders have been filed with ROC on - 24-09-2014.

My query is whether for the Financial year ended on 31-03-2014 --- whether combined Balance sheet i. e. of Transferee Company may be prepared 

or 

Four different BSs have to be prepared.

Kindly share your practical experiences.
