[aaykarbhavan] CASH LOANS



Members,

would like to know as per provisions of sec 269SS, limit of Rs.20000 per year is:

per person i.e can we take loans of 75000 from 5 persons not exceeding 20000 from each person?

          or

total limit of Rs.20000 from more than one persons
