If per person is less than 20,000/- then no problem and the amount is with in the limits mentioned in the Secs. 269SS and 269TT

would like to know as per provisions of sec 269SS, limit of Rs.20000 per year is:
per person i.e can we take loans of 75000 from 5 persons not exceeding 20000 from each person?
or
total limit of Rs.20000 from more than one persons
