Dear Members,
Can anyone guide me on how to get due refund from Income Tax Dept.?
I am a retired senior citizen and had filed my return for Assessment Year 2014-2015 and had transmitted Form No. ITR-2 to IT Dept. indicating refund due. (E-filing acknowledge no. dated 29/07/2014)
All the processing was done through my C. A. as per every year.
Normally refund was expected by Oct-Nov 2014. However, so far I have neither received any refund nor any communication from IT Dept. in that respect. My C. A. also is unable to provide any valid reason.
If respected member(s) could guide, I would be highly obliged.
Thanks in advance.
