Then What action taken ? Criminal cases filed ? There is a provision , if you pretend to be C A is a criminal offense!!!!  This is what a difference is , Act on Paper and compliance of law???

There is a total violation of Law , a case of Dividend paid out of capital, illegal payment of dividend , out of capital , mere book entry of profit?? Not reported by Auditors in their report which he is obliged to report in their report!!!! Not only this but also in Tax Audit Report U/s 44AB same Auditor as Tax AUditor deleted the same mere book entry of profit form Taxable Profit!! Even then Out of this orofit dividend was declared and paid 21 years back. 21 years back Reported and in 140 years all over the world no case is reported so far??? No action till date ?? Going on??? Not any body?? Judiciary also ??? No exception!!!!You name it ??!!!
