This is a situation where Auditor signs report at a place other than his ordinary Registered address or branch office. This is required in a case where Auditor signs Audit Report a way from his office and at a time ana place where Direcotrs of the company hold their Board Meeting where they have signed their Audited Accounts.

Some time it happens when Holding Company's accounts duly consolidated accounts signed by Holding Company's Auditor before the date of

subsidiary company's directors and Auditors!!!!!!!!!!!

a camp office is a temporary office where a person works away from his regular or regd office In case of a partnership firm a person I charge of work can sign and submitt the report it denotes the location till his work is on that site This off has nothing to with BO or Ho and you cnt obtain work giving camp off add
