Dear Members,

A private imited Company has been incorporated 2 years back but has not startes business nor made any comlinaces( preparing bokk of a/c, BS, P&L, filling etc), now it want to close the company.

I want to know that whether the same can be don u/s 560 as defunct company and whether the past two years book required to be prepared and filling and other comliances are to be done or not?
Or, it can simply be wind up u/s section withoust any past year compliances and BS, P&L preparation?
