Having updated you with those Circulars and Notifications which got introduced in the year 2011 by MCA, now I believe it is my prerogative to update you with the recent Circulars and Notifications so far introduced in the year 2012 by MCA. Therefore, in my humble endeavor of creating legal awareness and proving legal updation, this time I have chosen the topic "Recent Circulars and Notifications issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs in the year 2012" for my current write up. The Ministry has again become very active in the recent times and has issued numerous Circulars, Notification etc. It may be difficult for most of us to comprehend the meaning and implications of these Circulars and Notification as almost every week there are new Circulars or Notifications etc. With the objective of providing all the Circulars, Notification etc. at one place and to suggest the meaning and implications of them, I have taken this initiative. I have collated all Circulars and Notifications so far issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs till date in the year 2012 for easy reference of the readers of this material. I have attempted to analyze in detail these circulars and notification, as it is imperative for every professional and corporate entity to have such kind of legal update on day to day basis. Now I trust it is order of the day for the professional fraternity to keep themselves equipped with the recent amendments in this atmosphere to cope up with the corporate expectations. I have made an attempt to give in nutshell "A GLIMPSE AT RECENT CIRCULARS AND NOTIFICATIONS ISSUED BY MCA – 2012" for the better understanding of the readers. I always believe our knowledge grows when it get shared with others, therehence this small exercise.
