Surprising to note , both the ends, Business and to stuck of the name !!!! One should be very clear for the querry raised in the groups and also the details should be start from zero to till this date fully.
                   Querist always start with the raising the questions promptly without giving full details of the case and giving stray details,  situation and circumstances all the time. No one can give proper advise , if no full details are given. What is behind mind and working no body knows fully. As you suggested in this case Some Business!!! What one should consider , meaning of some business!!!!
The process suggested is minimum and less expenses, time and all .

Try to take other course for striking out the name from ROC register !!!!. By siphoning the assets and liability of company!!! If no business is carried out !!!!
