U r absolutely correct. Madhukarji is beyond any doubts than any other named. He should contest this election in any case to preserve the head high of profession as far as possible. To come out is , sorry for the hard words, to allow wrong doers in their own way for future.

He was not silent for the last three years. He was not suppose to tell his working on day to day basis to any one or to any group. He was regularly submitting his submissions to the group, committees, Members Interest Questions etc. He has played an important role in the functioning of iCAI in the last three years. I am very much concerned about this disclosure that his submissions were not taken seriously. The issues raised by him were carried over as Members Interest questions only. He writing clearly indicates that some council members have created hurdles in his performance and as he feel that he has failed to serve his best , he don't want to continue as council member and don't want to contest the elections further.He was actively participating in the group also but other council member has forced him to go out of group deliberations. If Mr. Madhukar decides not to contest the elections , i shall come out with his detailed submissions to council for a change. Lets wait for quiet some more time.
He is not first in his declaration.We have seen the Ex President disclosures and further disclosues by the the then President men against Mr. Talati. Ultimately Mr. Talati has bow his head against Gujrat Police and wrote the letter of settlement. A lady member has also decided not to contest any further. She could go for her next term as she is fully eligible being there.So some powers are there who are responsible for messing the affairs.
There is nothing wrong with the constitution of Council and its working. But certainly many non performers are there.From 15th August to 3rd September, there are hundred of seminars being organized facilitating the council members in the name of CPE. Council members are running here and there only for the purpose to show their faces . why they require to show it? They should come out with their performance.We must prepare their performance result. This is the only way to expose their non performance.
