[aaykarbhavan] Banking laws applicaple from 18.01.2013

BANKING LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2012 - NOTIFIED DATE OF ENFORCEMENT OF SAID ACT

NOTIFICATION NO. SO 192(E) [F.NO.6/2/2010-BO-II-PART], DATED 17-1-2013

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Banking Laws (Amendment) Act, 2012 (No. 4 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th Day of January, 2013, as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act, shall come into force.
