Dear Member's,

 

We all know the amount of NPA's existing in all the banks branches whether big or small which are not disclosed even after complete computerisation under CBS by banks. The malefied intensions of the goverment in increasing the Bank Audit Limit's to Rs. 20 crores and as i see the future to abolish the branch audit concept altogether is clear. They want to clear the path for more corruption and misuse of public money.

 

Some justify this act by saying that we CA's have failed to perform and deliver the desired expectations of the banks, hence the result. It is true that some among us, either willingly or under pressure from bank management, were negligent in our duties to perform. But Bank's always have the option to take action against negligent members. If a person feels that his property is not safe in hands of a security guard, normal recourse is to change the security guard but only an insane person will remove the guard and expose his property for public loot. That's where the intensions become clear.

 

I felt happy to see the PHAGWARA CA's uniting speaking. The question i ask myself is when will All CA's show such unity to speak up.

 

Speak up for your Profession to save it.
