Dear All,
                 Writing a letter is a good habit to Ministers. How they work we all know from all scams. I am writing to many ministers for a case of dividend paid out of capital,( never reported as a case in last 140 years  world over ) illegal payment of dividend for last 10 years and more to all ministers since then. Even to Sachin Pilot. No body cares !!!! Even on record of courts the case is very clear. Is proved also.
All are amalgamated in circles , what we believe. No exception.

Dear Friends,

Please find attached a letter written by good friend & Chartered Accountant - PS Prabhakar ( Chennai ) to Union Minister for Corporate Affairs Mr. Sachin Pilot, with regards to ICAI's 100cr Nagpur land scam. He has rightfully demanded that the MCA invoke Sec 30C of CA Act, 1949 and direct :

1. An independent probe into the entire Nagpur matter and punish the offenders, howsoever mighty they may be. 

 2. To stop the elevation of Vice President Subodh Agrawal to the post of President, ICAI. 

A few more of us are already in Delhi and will be taking up this serious matter with the higher authorities in the next few days. We shall keep everyone posted.
