XBRL error rate can be high in the beginning, association warns
It takes about 2½ years for companies to get data quality issues straight as they adopt XBRL, says XBRL US President Campbell Pryde. Smaller companies have begun using the electronic data tags this year and based on their larger counterparts' experiences, they should expect a temporary increase in their error rate, Pryde warns
