[aaykarbhavan] QUERIES IN MEF 2013-14

Someone may please see the following queries and reply :

Query1

In MEF QN - Whether applicant conducted Branch Audit for the year 2011-12 ? In Audit Fee Column –

Should we fill only BRANCH AUDIT FEE Amount or
we need to add LFAR 10% and Tax Audit 15% also
along with BRANCH AUDIT FEE Amount.

Query2

In MEF QN - Details of member - 13.Total of other business/professional income received during the previous financial year 2011-12 (in Rs.)

Whether this applies to INDIVIDUAL also, who does not have a registered firm with ICAI.

Query3

In MEF – Point No.19. Please fill in experience of the member in the following sectors in last 5 years :

As the question itself is restricted to last 5 years, though the Member has got more than 10 years experience, it should be mentioned as 5 years only. Please confirm.

In MEF – Point No.21. No. of statutory audits of (only annual audit done for the financial year 2011-12)

In Others – Is it appropriate to fill in this field, if the Member has conducted Audit for Individuals and Firms and signed the BS, P&L, etc.?

In MEF - Requirement of Panel for Cooperative Societies - 3. Preferences of the applicant (upto 3) for undertaking the audit of cooperative societies (type of Co-operative Society):

If we are not interested, then what should be filled in this field, as it is not allowing to move to next screen, if the field is left blank.
