I do understand that , repeat order of appointment of auditors is not permitted. and also not the purpose, object to amendment. But there are / they are in lines from one to another the same brand , but the name different!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Recently I observed from one Audit Report that Mod-us operand i to support management by one Auditor , turned to be International name !!, supported to mere book entry of profit by change in method of valuation of stock from FIFO to Weighted Average turned to be in credit of Profit of Rs 98.56 Lacs in to profit . Mentioning only increase in profit by , not qualifying the Audit qualification and consequential effect on profit figured shown by company and also not showing correct amount of profit in Audit Report !!!!
Ultimate effect on Calculation of Managerial Remuneration and in calculating Commission is not given. Ultimate secrecy of Gammut. As earlier calculation of Managerial Remuneration calculations were provided in Accounts. Now discontinued !!!!!!!!!
NOW MY QUESTION IS THAT AS REFERRED IN THE NEW COMPANIES ACT , THERE IS A PROVISION OF COMPANY LAW TRIBUNAL !!! HAS IT BEEN FORMED ?

13. AUDITORS
• A company shall appoint an individual or a firm as an auditor at annual general meeting who shall hold office till the conclusion of sixth annual general meeting.
• However, the company shall place the matter relating to such appointment for ratification by members at every annual general meeting.
• No listed company or a company belonging to such class or classes of
companies as may be prescribed, shall appoint or re-appoint-
(a) an individual as auditor for more than one term of five consecutive years; and
(b) an audit firm as auditor for more than two terms of five consecutive years
Does it means that after completion of 5 years the firm can take a rest period of 1 year then again it can be appointed again for 5 years, and after the rest period of again 1 year the firm can be appointed so that the firm never coming in the preview of two consecutive terms of 5 years
or
after completing 2 consecutive term of 5 years the firm can never be appointed
