[aaykarbhavan] Querry regarding removal of promoters

Sir,

I have a querry. Whether the promoters of listed company can be dissassociated from the company by selling their shares to other promoters ?

So the basic querry is that can we remove the promoters from the company remove their names of MOA and AOA? 

An early response would be highly appreciated.
