[aaykarbhavan] Record Retention Policy & Book

Dear All,

Wish you all a wonderful year ahead. 2013 was good and 2014 will still be better. May the new year bring lots of joy, happiness, peace, prosperity and good health to all.

I have seen a record retention related information on MCA site. 

I would be obliged if you can provide the policy, book or comment on industry practice based on your knowledge/ and experience. 

I wish to cover all secretarial and financial records of the Company. We wish to retain only that is mandated as per law and also that might be incidentally required.
